What we do

We begin with a 75 minute educational workshop, focused on family health.
Then the second, and optional, phase is designed to support those wishing for follow-through oversight, to ensure implementation of this new knowledge. We do this with a careful eye toward attendee compliance, to ensure more improved outcomes. We create a continuum of attention to each employee participant using several methods:

  • Regular, individualized coaching sessions, both by telephone and in person on the corporate campus
  • Occasional newsletters posting valuable wellness information and progress of the program
  • An optional “Wellness Column” in department-wide or corporate-wide communication venues
  • Infusing fun into your program by hosting interdepartmental competitions, with prize awards, in an assortment of outcome categories, culminating in an energy filled company rewards ceremony
  • Periodic, quantifiable progress and outcome tracking for each client
